Random images on ImageShack and other enhancements

I've implemented a a ImageShack uploader for random image system. When you select one file from your hard disk this will be automatically uploaded to a ImageShack free account and will be placed in selected group.

I've reprogrammed all Google widgets (blogger, iGoogle...) to handle correctly google preferences.

I've also reviewed server performance to make it faster and more reliable.
